Papaya Peanut Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 papaya, deseeded and chopped (about 5 cups)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced (about 2 cups)
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup peanuts (no salt)
  • juice of ½ an orange
  • juice of one lime
  • ½ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
