The Houston Food Bank is the largest food bank in the U.S. in both physical size and food distribution. Last year, the Food Bank provided 74 million nutritious meals to 800,000 individuals through a network of 600 partner charities in southeast Texas.

The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a top-ranked nonprofit relief organization serving 13 counties. Each day, the North Texas Food Bank provides access to 170,000 meals for hungry children, seniors and families through a network of more than 1,000 programs and more than 200 Partner Agencies. In fiscal year 2015, NTFB provided access to some 63 million meals. NTFB is a member of Feeding America, a national hunger relief organization.

Univision 62 informs and brings the best programming to education and create awareness in health, education, financial stability and civic participation. Univision 62 is the only station that brings local news in Spanish to the Central Texas community at 5 and 10pm Monday through Friday. Univision 62 also reaches out to the community with a local morning news show “Despierta Austin” Monday through Friday and “Despierta Austin fin de Semana” Weekend Community Show on Saturday at 10am.
