Mango Tango Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 yellow squash, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup finely diced carrot
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • ½ jalapeño, deseeded, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS
