Frozen Fruit Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cantaloupe, watermelon, or honeydew melon
  • Popsicle sticks or toothpicks
  • 1 popsicle mold, plastic cup, or ice cube mold

DIRECTIONS

Slice the melon and remove rind. Remove any seeds. Place the fresh melon in the blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into popsicle mold, or any plastic container you have on hand. Put the cups in the freezer and wait until they are partly frozen to push in the popsicle stick or toothpick. You may also cover the top of the container with plastic wrap and the toothpick through.  Allow to freeze for at least 3 hours.
