Liz Saxe is the director of finance at Brighter Bites. Before joining Brighter Bites, Liz was the director of company planning at retail corporation J Crew in New York. While at J Crew, Liz was responsible for developing and managing strategic financial plans for the online and catalog businesses.

Liz began her career as an assistant buyer at the May Company in Boston before moving to Manhattan to work for a swimwear wholesaler and ultimately ending up at J Crew where she spent the majority of her career.

She and her husband recently moved to Houston from New York City and have spent the last few months re-learning how to drive, exploring Houston and the surrounding areas, and enjoying all the Texas culinary delights.

In her free time Liz loves to travel, read, and bake. She is originally from Columbus, Ohio and holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
