We were proud to welcome Council Member At-Large Wala Blegay, Esq. to our Brighter Bites distribution at John Bayne, where 1,760 pounds of fresh food reached 100 families last week.⁠

Her support of food programs across Prince George’s County and the introduction of the Food as Medicine Health Program Act of 2025 reflect a shared belief: increasing access to fresh food is a critical strategy for improving health outcomes.⁠

At a Houston school, one mom shared that our Better Than Ranch Dip, which features Greek yogurt, has become a fridge staple in her home. Friends think it’s classic ranch and always ask for the recipe and she loves knowing it’s a healthier way to make veggies an easy yes.⁠
