Megan Hall MPH, RD

Senior Director of Programs
Texas

Megan serves as the Senior Director of Programs. In this role, she drives program quality, innovation, and operational excellence across a defined portfolio of regions.

Megan grew up on a small farm in rural Wisconsin, where she developed an appreciation for fresh, seasonal produce and a supportive, close-knit community. This lived experience shaped her passion for creating communities of health through food and sparked her professional interests in nutrition, food access, and eating behavior.

Focusing on community and behavioral health and nutrition, Megan earned a Masters of Public Health from Tulane University. After completing her Dietetic Internship, Megan worked as a clinical dietitian in New Orleans. Her patients’ stories continue to drive her to improve food access and health outcomes in the communities she serves.

Prior to Brighter Bites, Megan managed federal child nutrition programs for the Central Texas Food Bank. She navigated the unprecedented food policy landscape during the pandemic to develop and implement an innovative meal distribution model to feed kids in Central Texas. Megan currently resides in Austin with her husband and pup, Willie.
