Jason Engongoro is a Senior Operations Coordinator for Brighter Bites New York City. Jason is a recent graduate of Baruch College where he studied finance and led the ECO Club as president. He is a vegetarian that loves cooking, learning, and working with all of the fresh produce his schools distribute every week. Jason is passionate about sustainability and education and has been enjoying working for Brighter Bites since October 2021.
