Hola! Daniela Ruiz is a bilingual communications professional with a background in public relations, volunteer coordination and operations leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration of Public Relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Daniela started with the Brighter Bites team as the Volunteer Experience Associate, becoming the Warehouse Lead, and now a Program Coordinator. She is an enthusiastic learner who enjoys exploring new challenges and opportunities. Known for her integrity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills, she excels at building relationships, leading teams, and communicating effectively in fast paced, people centered environments. In her new role as a Program Coordinator, Daniela is fueled by a passion for community empowerment. She believes that by creating communities of health, she can inspire young scholars to lead bright futures.
